We need your photos of Douglasville and Douglas County!
By Sweetwater Camera Club

We need your photos of the Taste For Douglasville Arts and the Penny McHenry Hydrangea Festival!

If you took part in either the Taste for Douglasville Arts or the Hydrangea Festival this past month, there are three Douglasville/ Douglas County organizations that are interested in your photos. Although they are not offering money, they are offering to give photo credit for any pictures used on their websites and brochures.

The organizations asking us for photo donations include the Cultural Arts Council of Douglasville/Douglas County, the Douglasville Convention and Visitors Bureau, and the Douglas County Chamber of Commerce. Norma and I will be creating an on-line photo  album of Douglasville/Douglas County events which will be an on-going project whose main purpose is to provide pictures of events and places in this area.

Anyone wishing to donate work will be given credit on the site, and any work published by these three agencies will give you photo credit.

To submit your pictures, you may email them directly to me at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or send me a CD of the pictures. This is an opportunity to help these fine civic organizations, promote Douglasville and Douglas County, and best of all, show your work to an appreciative audience and get photo credit.
